Weir High bowling team etches name in record books

The Weir High bowling crew carved its name into the record books, as it was the main West Virginia crew to contend during the U.S. Secondary School Bowling Public Titles from Saturday until Monday.

The Red Riders finished up their pursue falling in the first round of the young men singles title round on Monday. David Developer completed 72nd generally, Thomas Babinchak 74th and Evan Baldauf 77th.

The Weir High young men completed Sunday in the World class 8 and are the seventh best group in the country. Before that, they moved to the round of 16 as the tenth by and large crew. Babinchak paced the Red Riders with a 654 arrangement.

The Weir High young ladies completed Saturday with a 2,089 arrangement yet didn’t meet all requirements for the following round. Savannah Moore had the high round of 180 with a 428 high arrangement.

“We were unable to be more glad for our groups. Weir Red Rider Bowling positively shaped the public stage,” partner mentor Robert Babinchak said.
