Pendleton swimmers contend at state meet

Twice this year, a couple of Pendleton Heights swimmers qualified to contend at the statewide level.

Pendleton Swim Club had two swimmers qualify and contend at the Indiana Swimming Senior Long Course State Championship, held throughout the end of the week. Pendleton Heights senior Grace McKinney swam four occasions – 50, 200, 400, and 800 meter free-form – while approaching sophomore Mallory Gentry swam three occasions – 50, 100, and 200 meter free-form.
