Men's Golf Adds Ottawa High School Golfer Trey Bones For The 2021-22 Season

The Ottawa University Men’s Golf team is pleased to announce the signing of Trey Bones for the 2021-22 school year. Bones is from Ottawa, Kan. and attended Ottawa High School.

Bones made the KSHAA Golf State Tournament in his senior year for the Ottawa Cyclones. He was also a stand out on the football field as well, Bones was All-Conference for Ottawa. At Ottawa High, Bones lettered in football and golf.

“We are excited to have Trey join the Ottawa golf family. He is a special signee as he is a former neighbor and close family friend of Athletic Director Arabie Conner.” said Head Coach Phil McClintock “Trey has only scratched the surface of his golf abilities and I’m excited to see him grow here at OU!”

Bones is the son of Steve and Becky Bones and plans to major in Sports Studies. He is the youngest brother of three.
