Leon High School volleyball prepared for the difficulties ahead

Very nearly consecutive state titles the Leon High School young ladies volleyball crew missed the mark concerning their objective in 2020. “Our rising sophomores have not been here. That is the thing that’s so unusual about it,” says Leon head young ladies volleyball trainer Angie Strickland. “So we have them take part in our week-long camps to get them prepared for the season since they missed that last year.”

Driven and eager, the Lions realize that assuming they need to be the best they’ll need to beat the best. Also, in the not so distant future Strickland and her group will go to the University of Central Florida for three days of relentless volleyball activity with top level contest.

“There will be three groups of 12 or less and they simply fight other secondary schools down there for three straight days,” Strickland said. “That will offer them a strong chance to conflict with the absolute best groups in the state.”

Strickland accept this group with a decent returning harvest of seniors, has the stuff to make another run for the state title. She additionally recognizes the street to get their has raised in trouble contrasted with last year. So like in years past, she chose to place her crew in probably the best public competitions in the nation to get ready for the thing that’s inevitably coming.

Leon makes a beeline for UCF this Friday for their multi day camp and will be in Orlando beginning September third for the Nike Tour of Champions.
