Ex-West Clermont bowling trainer concedes to sexual battery

A previous West Clermont High School bowling trainer on Tuesday conceded to two includes of sexual battery for a situation including a previous understudy.

Briggs, 31, was captured in September 2020 and blamed for having a sexual relationship with somewhere around one of the great schoolers in his bowling crew.

The casualty told police Briggs started having sexual contact with her in January 2019 preceding her graduation.

Briggs was at first accused of seven checks of sexual battery. Five were dropped in return for his blameworthy request.

He will be condemned Aug. 12 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas.
