Ardrey Kell vs Providence match stopped due to Covid-19

Ardrey Kell and Providence High School will not play the first game scheduled for Friday due to Kovid being positive in the Ardre Kell program.

Providence football coach Wes Ward told the Observer that Ardre Kell officials had informed him that Friday’s game would be too crowded at Providence so they would not be able to play the match.

We get information from a source that after a scrimmage happened on Saturday in South Carolina one case of COVID-19 was found in the team. Since the Covid case was discovered, many players have been quarantined due to the need for communication.

In addition to the Ardre Kell team, several other teams have been affected by the epidemic and will not be able to play this weekend. Among them, The Lancaster High football team is in the worst condition. few players tested positive for COVID-19 and the whole team will be quarantined. they won’t be play at least two weeks.

In North Carolina, Freedom High canceled its season-opening game with Crest due to COVID. Freedom will now play at East Burke to start the season Friday.
